Support for using homotopy continuation using the SemialgebraicSets interface was added in JuliaHomotopyContinuation/HomotopyContinuation.jl#445
This PR passes the remaining arguments to the algebraic set constructor to allow for instance to choose a different solver than the default one.
It also updates the docstring recommending to use HomotopyContinuation ove the default with an example on how to use it.
